Camber College
Learn to Ride Program

For students interested in horseback riding we offer the Learn to Ride Program. In small groups of students with similar levels of riding experience students ride three times a week. The emphasis is on fun and safety!

The program not only prepares the student for their riding lessons, but it also includes stable management, safe horse handling and general knowledge of horses. The Learn to Ride Program is available to students of all skill levels who wish to ride for fun.

All equipment and horses included.
Students will need their own riding boots.

The program includes 23 hours per week of English classes with levels from beginner to advanced. When not riding, students have the option of joining in on many other activities, such as skating, snowboarding, hockey, etc… in the winter, and scuba, water skiing, hiking, camping etc… in the spring and summer.

Accommodation is in homestays with Canadian families. We try to match, according to needs, families with students. The homestay includes your own room, all household services and 3 meals per day.
